About chin liposuction

Bruising and minor swelling are typical after this type of procedure. An elastic “chin up” bandage will be worn around the face and neck to reduce this symptoms. Patient can return to work after 5-7 days. Exercise should be avoided for 2 weeks after the procedure.

After resolution of swelling and bruising, patients will see improvement in their chin and neck contours. The results of liposuction are long lasting, except in the case of significant weight gain.
